Job summary

Sitreps in Northern Virginia is seeking a Deployment Strategist, Intel. This is a technical, individual-contributor role on client site 80-100% with TS/SCI and CI poly required. You will configure agents, build workflows in Python, and encode mission knowledge into the platform.

You’ll map analyst workflows, capture SOPs, evaluate agent output, and drive adoption through hands-on training. You’ll work with Forward Deployed Engineers and analysts to ensure mission-critical performance in

Qualifications

• 6+ years as analyst/operator in the mission space.
• Proficient in Python scripting and data wrangling.
• Strong interviewing and process knowledge elicitation.
• U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Map current analyst workflows before platform configuration begins.
• Tribal knowledge capture by interviewing experienced analysts and operators.
• Encode knowledge into the platform as agents, workflows, and skills; ensure mission correctness.
• Apply prompt and workflow design, evaluation, and failure analysis to improve agent output.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers who own connectors and infrastructure.
• Drive adoption through hands-on training and coaching.
• Gather analyst feedback on platform behavior; main point of contact.
• Create reusable workflow documentation to speed future deployments.
