Intrepid Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the US Army TENCAP program in Alexandria, VA. You will develop and execute SE processes, prepare design studies, and manage requirements across lifecycle stages.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years in DoD/IC environments, with leadership experience guiding technical teams through SRR, PDR, and CDR reviews. Standard onsite hours apply with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s in engineering, engineering science, physical science, or mathematical science.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of work experience or 10 years of experience.
• 10+ years of progressively complex DoD/IC systems experience.
• Experience with SRR, PDR, CDR reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Systems Engineering processes.
• Prepare decision justification materials and design studies.
• Analyze alternatives and support leadership presentations.
• Manage requirement baselines and change management.
• Coordinate with test and evaluation staff for verification/validation.
• Provide input to SAMPs and risk management for TENCAP projects.
