Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance professional for the Patriot Product Line in Andover, MA, offering a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on detailed financial analysis, baseline and Estimate at Complete development, and collaboration with IPT, ESPB, and program office counterparts.

You will lead quarterly EAC reviews, perform spend trend analysis, support proposal activities and pricing exercises, and manage NRE efforts across multiple domestic and international defense programs.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & a minimum of 5 years of Finance related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related business experience
Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools
Experience with EVMS
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

Quarterly EAC reviews, by individual program & product line summaries
Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS Metrics at a product line
Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed
Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB, LOE)
Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team), ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio
Various ad hoc exercises
