Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance professional to join the Patriot Product Line Finance Team in a hybrid role, supporting detailed financial analysis, EAC development, and coordination with IPT, OSC, and program offices. The position emphasizes fast-paced environments, cross-functional collaboration, and multiple domestic and international defense programs throughout contract lifecycles.

The role offers hybrid onsite/remote work with relocation not provided, and candidates must be U.S. citizens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field with 5+ years experience in finance.
• Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools.
• EVMS certification.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government access to the financial system.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly EAC reviews, by program & product line summaries.
• Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS.
• Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed.
• Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB, LOE).
• Support proposal activities & pricing exercises.
• Financial responsibility for IPT, ESPB & NRE across the portfolio.
• Various ad hoc exercises.
