Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance professional to join the Global Patriot PAD supporting the Netherlands Patriot program. The role focuses on detailed financial analysis, monthly variances to budget, and EAC/LRE updates in a hybrid setting near MA. You will interact with multiple management levels.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and U.S. citizenship required due to government contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred with 3+ years related experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to the financial management system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Earned Value reporting and financial analysis.
• Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly variance analysis.
• Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership.
• Develop Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE).
• Process Budget Change Requests and ensure changes are captured in control systems.
