Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Solutions Engineer in our Hardware Discipline Center in Andover, MA. You will design, build, and integrate state-of-the-art electrical test systems for defense products across their lifecycle, collaborating with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers.

You will work hands-on with oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters to ensure test equipment meets high performance, reliability, and safety standards in a rigorous DoD environment, onsite only.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics by start date.
• ABET-accredited STEM degree preferred.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher from ABET-accredited institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate specialized electrical test products and fixtures for defense systems.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and engineering documentation per industry standards.
• Validate hardware performance using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware integration issues across development and production.
• Support project execution by meeting performance, schedule, and budget commitments.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers.
