Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Test Solutions Engineer to join our Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center. You will design, build, and integrate state-of-the-art electrical test systems for mission-critical defense products across development, production, and sustainment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure top performance, reliability, and integration with sensors and other subsystems.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required by start date.
• Experience selecting, calculating values for, and integrating passive and active electronic components in analog/digital designs.
• Experience operating laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, meters) to test hardware and measure signals.
• Experience can be gained via on-the-job work, coursework, labs, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate electrical test products and fixtures for defense systems.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and documentation meeting industry/defense standards.
• Validate hardware performance using lab equipment and measurements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development and production environments.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers on test architectures.
