Job summary

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of US DoD contracting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel. This is a full‑time position supporting Terma’s US defense initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years’ US DoD contracting experience.
• Experience reviewing NDAs, proposals, and compliance with FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to analyze terms, negotiate, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer certification renewals and web-based portals.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers for annual renewal of policies.
• Review proposals, terms, and conditions; ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Maintain compliant records per Terma processes and DCAA/DCMA requirements.
• Support SBLO on US Small Business reporting requirements (ISRs).
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS as required.
