Job summary

Terma Inc. in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our defense-focused team. You will manage customer certification renewals via web portals, review proposals and contracts, and ensure records comply with Terma policies and DCAA/DCMA requirements.

The role supports SBLO on US small business reporting and may assist with liability insurance renewals. Candidates should have a related bachelor’s degree and at least five years in US DoD contracting with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in US DoD contracting or equivalent
• Ability to review terms/conditions and negotiate NDAs
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage customer certification renewals and web-based client portals.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers for annual renewals.
• Review contracts, terms and NDAs; ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS.
• Maintain accurate records per Terma processes and procedures.
• Support SBLO on US DoD small business reporting requirements (ISRs).
• Provide timely responses and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
