Job summary

Kratos Defense in Orlando, FL is seeking a Lead Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full life cycle of government contracts. You will negotiate, administer, and coordinate contracts and subcontracts (CPFF, T&M, FFP) with DoD prime contractors and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and related regulations.

• Knowledge of government procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS/ITAR/EAR).
• Experience administering contracts of varying types (CPFF, T&M, FFP).
• Ability to lead negotiations and support proposal development teams.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Senior Management, Program Management Teams, and external customers (Contracting Officers, COTRs).
• Administer contracts of varying types (CPFF, T&M, FFP), teaming agreements, NDAs, MOUs.
• Lead negotiations of proposals and contracts with customers and suppliers per company requirements and federal guidelines.
• Support proposal development teams and interpret solicitation terms and conditions.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely actions.
• Develop creative solutions to contractual/program issues using business acumen.
