LockheedMartin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Component Engineer to oversee EEE component lifecycle across the portfolio, guiding qualification, obsolescence planning, and supplier coordination.

Based in Grand Prairie, TX, you will work with design, manufacturing and government customers to ensure compliant, reliable components and manage risks related to counterfeit parts and obsolescence. A DoD clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related STEM field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Component Engineering or related areas (cable assemblies, SMT, etc.).
• Proficient with obsolescence tools (Silicon Expert, IHS BOM Intelligence).
• Proficient with Windchill PLM and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead lifecycle management of EEE components from fabrication to delivery.
• Interface with government customers, manufacturers and test houses.
• Produce documents, drawings, and manage component releases and qualification.
