Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts in default to work toward resolution and review department reporting.
• Minimize risk by complying with Federal regulations, state laws, bank policy and unit procedures.
• Use multiple systems to monitor and support appropriate outcomes/actions.
• Maintain professional relationships with peers, managers, clients, internal partners, and vendors.
• Meet or exceed monthly teammate performance metrics and department KPIs.
• Support departmental controls and key risk indicators (KRI).
• Evaluate accounts and determine appropriate next steps.
