Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for Deer Run Apartments in Claremore, OK.

The role supports the Community Director and Maintenance Director by handling resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance on-site. This position offers on-site living with an apartment rent discount and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, and earned paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction is essential.
• Previous property maintenance experience is preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, fix lighting, and perform basic carpentry tasks.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.
