Job summary

I & MJ Gross Company Inc in Ohio is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform daily preventative maintenance, address maintenance requests, and handle unit turnover across residential properties. You will work as part of a team and deliver superior customer service.

The role requires on-call and weekend rotation, strong communication, and the ability to complete a broad range of repairs.

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician. This position will work on day to day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests and unit turnover along with the general upkeep of residential apartment buildings.
