Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, validate, and resolve retail customer deductions using supporting documents (invoices, POs, remittances, shipment records).
• Investigate, validate and resolve deductions related to promotional allowances to ensure charges align with plan.
• Document and maintain audit-ready records of all deduction activity in the Deduction Management System.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and IT to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage accruals for promotional allowances and outstanding deductions.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects to streamline deduction resolution and reduce write-offs.
• Prepare documentation for invalid deductions and communicate with customers to facilitate resolution and reimbursement.
• Perform reconciliations and verify deduction data against system reports to ensure financial accuracy.
