JOHN B SANFILIPPO & SON, INC in Elgin, IL is seeking a Customer Accounts Associate to manage freight deductions, Amazon disputes, and credit requests. You will collaborate with Shipping, Customer Service, Sales, and Accounting to research discrepancies, recover revenue, and maintain accurate account records.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Competenze

Some college coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.

Mansioni

Review freight deductions and route information for review and approval with the appropriate departments.
Determine when freight claims should be filed for damaged, lost, or shorted shipments and coordinate required documentation with Shipping.
Research and dispute Amazon deductions via vendor platforms.
Open, manage, and follow up on Amazon dispute cases to ensure timely resolutions.
Collect and maintain supporting documentation for Amazon deductions and chargebacks.
Review aging Amazon balances and resolve disputed amounts, unapplied payments, deductions, and credits.
Prepare and distribute Amazon account statements as needed.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Shipping, and Accounting to investigate and resolve customer account issues.
Maintain accurate records of claims, disputes, deductions, credits, and account activity.
