The role emphasizes on-site collaboration with cross-functional teams and accurate account management. 2-3 years in deductions and AR is preferred; some college coursework is desirable.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of deductions experience required.
• Some college coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• One or more years of Accounts Receivable, customer account management, deductions, or collections experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Review freight deductions and route information to appropriate departments for review.
• Determine when freight claims should be filed and coordinate documentation with Shipping.
• Research and dispute shortage claims through Amazon vendor platforms.
• Open and manage Amazon dispute cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Collect and maintain supporting documentation for Amazon deductions and chargebacks.
• Review and resolve aging Amazon account balances by researching disputed amounts and credits.
• Prepare and distribute Amazon account statements as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Shipping, and Accounting to resolve account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of claims, disputes, deductions, and credits.
