Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to research and resolve customer deductions across distribution channels. You will review short payments, process payments through Vistex, and validate deductions in SAP while coordinating with management.

The role requires 3+ years in an office setting (payroll experience preferred), strong MS Office skills, and effective communication. Expect standard M-F hours with possible Saturday work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years office experience required; 3+ years payroll experience preferred.
• Requires basic computer skills including Tyson Business Computer System, Microsoft Office & Excel, SAP preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of management; ability to prioritize, evaluate results, and coordinate with others.

Responsibilities

• Researching and reviewing all customer short payments in Dispute.
• Monitor promotional spending and alert management of overspends and issues; process customer payments via Vistex where appropriate.
• Validate deductions and code if valid in SAP; maintain approved processes.
• Admin tasks: process accounts daily and keep up-to-date customer profiles.
