Ideal candidates bring accounting coursework or experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and solid proficiency with Windows, Word and Excel. This is a daytime, on-site opportunity with growth potential.

• Proficiency in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall process efficiencies of suspense dollars, promotional activity, and audit resolution both individually and within a team.
• Work directly with external customers and sales staff to investigate deductions, determine their validity, and process resolutions through billbacks, including collection of repayments if deductions are invalid.
• Utilize time management skills to code deductions, submit backup documentation, and identify new trends for assigned customers.
• Complete daily and weekly checklists efficiently and proactively seek additional tasks or improvements.
• Process billing claims using the Forge application, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

As a Deduction Resolution Specialist, you will be part of the Corporate Office supporting the Deduction Resolution team.
