ManpowerGroup is seeking a Deduction Resolution Specialist in Austin, MN, to join the Corporate Office team. The role focuses on managing suspense dollars, promo activity, and audit resolution, coordinating with customers and sales staff to verify deductions and process billbacks efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Word/Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Post high school accounting classes or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall process efficiencies of suspense dollars, promotional activity, and audit resolution both individually and within a team.
• Work directly with external customers and sales staff to investigate deductions, determine their validity, and process resolutions through billbacks, including collection of repayments if deductions are invalid.
• Utilize time management skills to code deductions, submit backup documentation, and identify new trends for assigned customers.
• Complete daily and weekly checklists efficiently and proactively seek additional tasks or improvements.
• Process billing claims using the Forge application, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
