Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Deduction Resolution Specialist for a Willmar, MN role in a leading foodservice organization.

The position reports to the Corporate Office and focuses on optimizing suspense dollars, promotional activity, and audit resolution, with a day shift and a pay rate of $19.40 per hour. Responsibilities include investigating deductions with customers and sales staff, determining validity, processing resolutions through billbacks, coding deductions, submitting backup

Qualifications

• Post high school accounting classes or equivalent experience.
• A pattern of initiative and proactive problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall process efficiencies of suspense dollars, promotional activity, and audit resolution both individually and within a team.
• Work directly with external customers and sales staff to investigate deductions, determine their validity, and process resolutions through billbacks, including collection of repayments if deductions are invalid.
• Utilize time management skills to code deductions, submit backup documentation, and identify new trends for assigned customers.
• Complete daily and weekly checklists efficiently and proactively seek additional tasks or improvements.
• Process billing claims using the Forge application, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
