Job summary

XPO, Inc. invites experienced team drivers to join our dedicated sleeper-tractor network in Indianapolis, IN. You will partner with a teammate to execute long-haul loads, navigate routes, and maintain safety while operating multiple tractor-trailer configurations across a standard five-day work week away from home.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, adherence to DOT rules, and effective communication with dispatch. Benefits begin on day one and include health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing team and both team members must apply.
• Partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
• Be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Have a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Maintain a safe driving record and history.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Willing to work away from home in a five-day work week.
• Possess Hazmat, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop-off and coordinate with fellow XPO employees.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety and comply with transportation regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day week away from home.
• Operate vehicles safely within DOT regulations and use internal tools and systems.
