Job summary

XPO is seeking a Team Driver to join an existing two-person team. You will operate a sleeper-tractor on extended runs, share mileage pay with your partner, and maintain compliance with all safety and DOT regulations. The role offers weekly pay, health benefits starting day one, and a 5-on/2-off schedule.

You will work with fellow XPO staff to move loads between facilities, using company tools and systems to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards across long-haul routes.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing two-person team.
• Must be able to operate a sleeper-tractor on extended runs.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid CDL.
• Demonstrated knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Clean driving record and DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities with your teammate.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, comply with transportation regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day week away from home.
• Ensure safe operation within DOT regulations.
• Use internal freight tools and required systems.

Skills
