Job summary

XPO is seeking Team Drivers to join an existing team, operating sleeper tractors on extended runs. You must pair with another driver, be at least 21, hold a valid Class A CDL, and be able to work away from home five days a week.

Weekly pay and mileage pay at 0.974 per mile (split between drivers: 0.487 per mile). En route waiting time paid at 35.42 per hour, plus health insurance from day one, PTO, 401(k) with company match, no touch freight, modern trucks, and on-site shops and fueling networks.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing team applying together.
• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
• Safe driving record and history.
• DOT Medical Certification Card or pass DOT physical.
• Available to work away from home five days a week.
• Hazmat, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities and coordinate with fellow employees.
• Maintain CMV safety and comply with transportation regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day work week away from home.
• Comply with DOT regulations and operate required systems.
• Lift objects up to 50 lbs frequently; climb in/out of tractor cab/trailer; sit for extended periods; reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, kneel.
