Virtua Health is seeking a dedicated observer to provide continuous one-to-one monitoring of patients, ensuring a safe, calm environment and clear interaction with the healthcare team. The role supports patients and families while upholding high professional ethics.

The position includes communicating changes to the RN, assisting in team orientation, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong communication skills and a high school diploma or GED.

• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient which includes providing a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm environment.
• Provides restraint care to patients in restraints.
• Identifies and communicates changes in patient’s status to RN and responds appropriately.
• Assists in orientation of healthcare team.
• Other duties as assigned.
