Job summary

A. Duie Pyle in Chicopee, MA is seeking a Dedicated Dispatcher who will be the primary contact for our dedicated drivers, coordinating start times, route changes, and daily operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma, strong computer skills, and the ability to solve problems with excellent attention to detail and communication; experience with a TMW system and carrier/shipping coordination is a plus; this is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatching drivers in TMW system; managing assigned driver schedules.
• Making sure that drivers show up for assigned start time so they can meet customers cut times.
• Interacting with customers shipping team.
• Ensuring drivers are following PYLE SOPs (fuel at end of shift, DVIR, accurate paperless logs).
