Job summary

Crete Carrier Corporation in Lincoln, NE seeks a supervisor to coordinate dedicated account operations, oversee drivers, and ensure loads are delivered safely and on time. You will serve as the main contact for customers and manage loads from tender to delivery.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Monday–Friday shift: 1pm–10pm; travel may be required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong communication skills are required for coordinating with drivers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assigns loads and routes drivers based on available hours and customer needs.
• Serves as main contact for an assigned customer base and monitors all loads from tender to delivery.
• Supervises drivers, including coaching, planning, assigning work, and addressing issues.
• Communicates customer issues with relevant departments as needed.
• Monitors trailer pools and coordinates trailer movements; guides detention issue handling.
