Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure accurate merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers with selections.
• Process checkout, refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Complete product specialist certifications and forklift certification when applicable.
