Weyerhaeuser seeks a Decking Specialist in Fresno, CA to drive profitable growth by increasing attachment of TREX railing and trim in Central California. You will be a customer-facing resource, delivering product knowledge training, troubleshooting dealer issues, and supporting samples and literature to strengthen relationships with distributors.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma/GED.
• 3+ years purchasing and/or sales experience in building materials distribution.
• Solid knowledge of retail, wholesale and construction industry drivers.

Responsibilities

• Drives development and execution of local strategies to grow TREX railing and trim sales in Central California.
• Acts as key resource for training, troubleshooting issues and product support for dealers.
• Markets products, supports samples, literature, and program opportunities.
• Generates primary demand by increasing product attachment with customers.
