Job summary

Hornblower Group's City Cruises division in Hingham, MA is hiring a Deckhand to deliver a safe, memorable waterfront experience for guests. You’ll help with vessel appearance, guest comfort, and docking operations while embodying RESPECT service principles.

We seek hands-on team players with strong hospitality and communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior First Aid/CPR is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Availability for nights, weekends and major holidays.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality to guests per RESPECT SERVICE SYSTEM.
• Follow safety procedures to protect passengers and vessel.
• Assist with docking and undocking.
• Maintain vessel cleanliness and equipment.
• Answer passenger questions and help with boarding.
