Job summary

Lezzer Lumber is seeking a decking installation associate to perform general duties related to installing outdoor decking systems. You will prepare materials, load company vehicles for delivery to job sites, and set up and clean up jobsites while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities include installing decking components, assisting with layout and measurements, verifying deliveries, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum installation experience required and ability to load/install products.
• Driver's license with medical card is a plus.
• Knowledge of lumber yard products and vehicle/equipment maintenance/repair.
• Understanding of residential, multi-family, and light commercial building techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare decking materials, hardware, and tools for installation.
• Install decking systems including framing, boards, rails, stairs, and related structures.
• Assist with layout, measuring, cutting, and assembly for proper fit.
• Verify materials deliveries and maintain inventory controls.
• Follow safety standards and proper equipment usage.
