Job summary

Watershed is seeking a high-ownership leader to systematize delivery in our Decarbonization Solutions business. You will own the customer portfolios, drive retention, and coordinate with Legal on end-to-end contracting while expanding a scalable operating infrastructure.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in renewable energy and carbon removals, with a track record of driving value for large enterprise clients in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-sale, account management, or customer success at a complex B2B company.
• Ability to translate value into outcomes that withstand executive and financial scrutiny.
• Comfort with owning commercial outcomes: retention and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own gross retention and renewal forecasting in coordination with CS and Sales.
• Build and manage decarbonization portfolios for customers.
• Own procurement and fulfillment, coordinating internal experts to tailor solutions.
