Job summary

Watershed is seeking an experienced Sustainability Advisory professional to help Fortune 500 customers advance corporate sustainability programs. You will advise on decarbonization, target setting, disclosures, and platform integration, working with product and go-to-market teams.

You will lead strategic engagements, stay ahead of evolving frameworks, and shape Watershed’s expertise and offerings in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. 4 days in-office is expected where applicable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, incl. 4+ years in consulting and 4+ years in sustainability.
• Deep expertise in corporate decarbonization and familiarity with key climate frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex problems into data-driven guidance.
• Excellent communication for C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise sustainability leaders at top companies on advancing programs across target setting, decarbonization, and reporting.
• Build sustainability intelligence by tracking frameworks, regulations, and market developments.
• Help develop new products and services at the intersection of sustainability, advisory, and technology.
• Shape Watershed’s expertise and point of view through thought leadership and materials.
