• Experience coaching, hiring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to set high customer-delivery standards and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Sustainability Data Advisory team to maximize impact.
• Drive business impact by delivering high-quality advisory services to Watershed customers.
• Improve team operations for quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Shape future team structures, including specialization, coverage, and delivery models.
• Own services strategy and partner with senior leaders to shape the broader business.
