Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–4+ years in management consulting and project delivery or solutions delivery in a tech-enabled service.
• Experience in climate, sustainability, energy, or related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational and cross-workstream coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong listening and proactive solutioning to identify customer pain points and translate into features or delivery changes.

Aufgaben

• Support customers through the solution delivery process using standard processes and dashboards.
• Analyze and transform customer primary data to fit standard data collection requirements using Python and Excel.
• Develop client-specific written deliverables for Rappel’s solutions.
• Refine and improve delivery strategies and deliverables with the Delivery Manager.
• Manage independent workstreams and ownership of customer relationships and delivery through project management and cross-team coordination.
• Communicate with customer counterparts on greenhouse gas emissions and decarbonization actions to develop actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Solutions team to capture voice of customer and inform product development.
