Job summary

Silicon Valley Clean Energy is seeking a Programs Specialist to join the Customer Success team. You will implement programs to decarbonize homes, businesses, and vehicles, supporting SVCE’s goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and expanding home rebates.

In this role you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, track budgets, gather data, evaluate impacts, and prepare clear reports. Strong Excel and Office skills, plus a California driver's license, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to organize and present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and administration of community decarbonization programs, including customer engagement, data collection, and program evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to advance electrification initiatives.
• Develop written and oral communications summarizing program activities, results, and lessons learned.
• Monitor budgets, track progress, and report on program performance to leadership.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for stakeholders and policy discussions.
