Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Deburrer for a contract position based out of Oxnard, CA. You will be responsible for deburring, polishing, and cleaning metal parts to meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include securing threaded hardware, wearing required safety gear, keeping work areas clean, and maintaining powdercoat equipment. Prior experience in grinding and production is preferred.

Job Title: Deburrer Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Deburrer to join our team, responsible for polishing and cleaning metal parts to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.

• Plug or cap all threaded hardware in/on parts presented by the moving line to meet time standards.




• Wear necessary safety equipment, including steel toe shoes, and eye and ear protection.




• Keep the work area clean and organized.




• Maintain cleanliness of Powdercoat equipment and area.




• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Experience with grinding, production, and deburring.

• Ability to lift 5 pounds consistently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in general labor or production work is preferred.




• Experience in packaging is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
