Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead or participate in team-based quality improvement efforts.
Attention to detail and accuracy in measurement, documentation, and reporting.
Experience working with quality systems such as RMA, NCMR, and FAI processes.
Prior exposure to plastic machining or similar manufacturing environments.
Comfort working in or around clean room operations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams.

The culture encourages learning, cross-training, and advancement, offering a supportive environment where reliable, motivated individuals can build a rewarding career.
The role is based in a plastic machine shop environment, with some work performed in a clean room setting.
