Revity-Credit-Union in Pontoon Beach, IL is seeking a Collector to help recover past due payments on auto loans, credit cards, and other credit products. You will negotiate and set up long-term workout solutions with members to promote future financial health.

The role emphasizes building lasting partnerships with members, supporting management on repossessions, garnishments, and related tasks while ensuring compliance with Bank Secrecy Act policies.

Formación

• One to two years of similar or related experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Contacts delinquent accounts and takes appropriate measures to recover Credit Union assets.
• Handles inbound and outbound telephone calls with members needing assistance with delinquent obligations, reviewing data for workout solutions, skip tracing and making repossession and charge off recommendations.
• Assist Member Solutions management team with repossessions, total loss claims, garnishments, citations and levies, deceased accounts and member concerns.
• Identifies areas where existing Credit Union programs can be improved and/or enhanced.
