Revity Credit Union in Pontoon Beach, IL is seeking a full-time Member Solutions Specialist to help members resolve debt. The role focuses on recovering past-due payments on auto loans, credit cards, and lines of credit, with emphasis on negotiating workable, long-term solutions rather than short-term wins.

You will handle calls, review cases, and work with management on repossessions, garnishments, and related issues, while staying compliant with Bank Secrecy Act policies and supporting member

Qualifications

• One to two years of similar or related experience.
• Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Contacts delinquent accounts to recover assets.
• Handles inbound/outbound calls with members on delinquent obligations.
• Reviews data for workout solutions.
• Performs skip tracing and recommends repossession or charge-offs.
• Assists management with repossessions, claims, garnishments, and levies.
• Adheres to Bank Secrecy Act and CU policies.
