S Collections Full Time Clerical position in Raymondville, TX focuses on assisting consumers with repayment of debt while complying with regulatory requirements and company policies. Responsibilities include initial contact, negotiating payment arrangements, outbound calls, and achieving monthly collection targets.

The role requires experience in a high-volume call center and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Two years of experience in a high-volume call center.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with proper grammar and punctuation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Act as initial point of contact for consumers contacting the Firm to resolve debt collection matters.
• Negotiate payment arrangements based on Firm and client standards.
• Make outbound calls manually and via the Firm’s dialer system to collect debts.
• Follow up with consumers on missed and returned payments.
• Meet all monthly collection and production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
