Job summary

SV Academy is hiring Sales Development Representatives in Raleigh, NC for a full-time role that includes free training, a 90-day paid Residency at a partner company, and a clear path to a long-term sales career at one of our 400+ partner companies.

Cohorts begin weekly, limited to 25 Residents. After training and residency, Residents transfer to the partner’s payroll with competitive compensation and full health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits from day one of the partner transfer.

Qualifications

• English proficiency for professional work communication.
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, customer support, fundraising, or account management).
• Experience in goal-driven roles with measurable targets (quotas, KPIs, bookings, revenue, or activity metrics).
• Ability to attend evening sessions during the bootcamp.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Provide daily coaching and mentorship during the residency period.
• Collaborate with SV Academy mentors and partner sales leadership to drive performance.
