Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to discuss past-due accounts.

• Negotiate payment arrangements per guidelines and compliance.
• Document all interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with FDCPA and company regulations.
