Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contacts and follows up on delinquent accounts by phone, text, mail, or email; discusses repayment terms and financial arrangements.
• Analyzes member financial situations and arranges repayment plans.
• Recommends collateral repossession when necessary.
• Maintains accurate files and reports of collections activity in the core processor.
• Collaborates with Collections Manager and other leaders to address trends in loan underwriting.
