Qualifications

• 1+ year of collections and/or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound collections calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (approx. 100–120 calls daily).
• Navigate difficult conversations, overcome objections, and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Listen to members, understand goals, and tailor solutions using LendingClub tools and resources.
• Contribute to defined KPIs by adding a human element to the call model.
