You will supervise teams, mentor bankers, and contribute to growth strategies across M&A and capital markets initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business-related field.
• Ten (10) years of experience in investment banking, private credit, leveraged finance, or related discipline.
• Experience leading debt advisory engagements and managing sponsor relationships.
• Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Advises clients on capital structure optimization, refinancing, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, and other credit-related transactions.
• Leads the debt advisory platform including origination, structuring, and execution.
• Cultivates and grows relationships with private equity sponsors; serves as primary contact.
• Provides strategic oversight of lender processes, due diligence, and closing documentation.
• Ensures delivery of financial models, offering materials, and lender lists by execution teams.
