Qualifications

• Experience in debt advisory or related execution roles.
• Strong credit assessment and financing terms judgment.
• Advanced financial modelling and ability to review peers.
• Clear communication with senior management, lenders, and advisers.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Plan and run preparation, modelling, lender diligence and execution workstreams.
• Review financial models and credit materials, testing key assumptions.
• Coordinate information requests with clients, lenders and advisers.
• Assess financing structures, compare term sheets and prepare negotiation points.
• Guide analyst work as the team grows, ensuring quality and ownership.
