Job summary

TerraCRG seeks an experienced CRE debt professional to build and lead a new Debt Advisory & Brokerage business line, leveraging established relationships to originate and execute financing assignments across markets. You will originate opportunities, structure debt, and manage transactions from inception to close.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in debt brokerage, debt advisory, lending, or capital markets.
• Established network of lender contacts to source financing assignments.
• Ability to originate opportunities independently and convert business development into transactions.
• Strong understanding of CRE underwriting, capital structures, and loan sizing.

Responsibilities

• Originate Financing Opportunities through borrower/lender relationships and TerraCRG network.
• Leverage existing lender relationships and build new ones among banks, debt funds, credit unions, etc.
• Advise borrowers on financing strategy and capital structures.
