The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a solid understanding of plant operations and food safety standards. This on-site position offers ongoing development and promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient technology and analytical skills.
• General knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train a team, providing professional development through ongoing coaching.
• Promote safety throughout the work area and with the team.
• Schedule to run the production area effectively.
• Motivate and help the team optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety programs.
• Enhance employee engagement through positive leadership.
• Perform other duties related to the supervisor role.
