Qualificações

• 3+ years supervisory experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment required.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required; preferably within a poultry facility.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals and assign work orders.
• Ensure completion of repairs and perform lockout/tagout certifications.
• Recognize and reward technicians while counseling performance issues.
• Provide mentorship, motivation, training and professional development for the team.
• Manage and oversee required paperwork and related duties.
